Dr. Mohammad Nuruzzaman serves as Group CEO of Daffodil Group, where he has played a central role in the organisation’s development for more than 25 years. His professional journey has focused strongly on education, entrepreneurship, technology, business development and human-resource development, with a continuing emphasis on creating practical opportunities for young people.

Throughout his career at Daffodil, Dr. Nuruzzaman has been involved in establishing and developing initiatives such as Daffodil Business Incubator, Bangladesh Venture Capital Limited, Enterprise Competitiveness Institute, DIU Start-up Market and the Entrepreneurship Development Fund. He also played a key role in establishing the Department of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Daffodil International University and in bringing global entrepreneurship programmes such as Get in the Ring to Bangladesh.

His work has consistently focused on connecting education with employment, entrepreneurship and industry needs. He has helped develop partnerships between academic institutions and businesses while supporting initiatives that turn ideas into practical programmes and opportunities for young people.

A strong believer in continuous learning and international engagement, Dr. Nuruzzaman has visited 40 countries across five continents and has represented Bangladesh in the international software testing and quality-assurance community through ISTQB and TMMi.

His leadership philosophy centres on developing people, creating opportunities and turning ideas into action. For him, institutional growth is meaningful when it contributes to employment, entrepreneurship, skills development and wider social progress.
