Ms. Samiha Khan serves as Director of Daffodil Group, a leadership role she assumed in February 2026 in recognition of her professionalism, efficiency and contributions to the organisation over the preceding five years. Her journey within Daffodil reflects the Group’s emphasis on developing leadership from within and creating opportunities for young professionals to take on greater responsibility.

Since joining Daffodil, she has worked across several areas including Future DIU, Brand and Communications, Career Development Centre, International Affairs, Human Resource Development Institute, Daffodil International School and Daffodil Computers. This cross-functional experience has given her a broad understanding of the Group’s academic, corporate and institutional operations.

One of her notable contributions has been leading the introduction of a structured HR software system that supports more transparent and modern employee evaluation practices across the Group. She also continues to serve as a Director of Daffodil Computers PLC and as a Member of the Board of Trustees of Daffodil International University.

Her academic background includes a degree in Business Management and Marketing from Middlesex University and an MSc in International Public Policy from University College London. Her earlier professional experience includes work in marketing, research, youth development and policy-related initiatives in Bangladesh and the UK.

Her approach to leadership places emphasis on practical execution, institutional development, people and continuous improvement. Her role represents the next generation of leadership contributing to the continued development of Daffodil Group.
